All orders will be shipped out between 1-5 days.

※If you would like to specify delivery date and time, please contact the courier with your tracking number found in the confirmation email.
□Package Retrieval
Please retrieve your package from the courier company within 7 days of the first delivery attempt.
If you are not home, please request a redelivery using the slip left in your mailbox.
If the failed delivery is returned to us, we will cancel the order but the delivery fee will not be refunded.

3.Placing an Order📲
Please follow these 5 STEPS to place an order.
STEP1 Log-in
Log in from the TOP Page of the Main Menu.
【Registered Customers】
Enter the email and password used at registration.
【Non-Registered Customers】
Create an account using the link, or proceed to STEP 2 without registering.
STEP2 Add items and comments.
Place the items in the cart from the product pages. Review and finalize, and add any notes in the Comments box.
STEP3 Select Shipping Address/ Method
Select a previously used address or input a new address, then choose the shipping method if applicable. For Gift Wrap Shipping, select the option.
STEP4 Enter your Payment Details
Accepted forms of Payment are by Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Once you enter your payment details, you will be taken to the order review page. After reviewing your order details, press the confirm button to finalize.
STEP5 Order Complete
Your order is now complete and you will receive an email confirmation immediately.
If you do not receive an email after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number here.
Depending on your email settings (domain designation/use of free email), emails may be blocked or sorted as spam. Please also check your email settings to allow mail from info＠the-matcha.tokyo
4.Gift Wrap Shipping🎁
□Select Gift Wrap Shipping
During Checkout, under “Shipping Method”, select “1.Gift Wrap Shipping”
□Gift Wrap Shipping Label if the shipping and receiving address are different
Sent From＝Sender’s Name Ship To＝Gift Recipient’s Name
※Gift Wrap is only available in Japan.
5.Tax💰
All prices on this site include tax.
